Get Involved
DMAC relies heavily on the work of volunteers. The following areas are in need of support.
- Expert teams and caucuses – Each team and caucus functions differently based on the needs of the teams. Contact team chairs to see if you can help in an area that interests you. See Teams
- Enter standards, protocols, and best practices that are used in your ocean or coastal observations community for potential use by DMAC. See DMAC standards adoption website at http://ioosdmac.fedworx.org
- Review, test, and comment on proposed standards, protocols, and best practices. See DMAC standards adoption website at http://ioosdmac.fedworx.org
- Implement DMAC standards in your organization. See Guide to IOOS Data Providers.
- Contact DMAC with any additional ideas. Email: anne.ball@noaa.gov
